Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited content and conduct when using JME Freestyle AI. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or reporting to authorities.
1. Prohibited content categories
You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:
- Pornography / NSFW: Sexually explicit content, nudity intended for sexual arousal, or pornographic material.
- Violence / Gore: Graphic violence, bloodshed, physical harm, or content that promotes or glorifies violence.
- Hate Speech / Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) / Child-Unsafe Content: Any sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors, including simulated depictions. This category has zero tolerance and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
- Deepfakes / Impersonation: Content that impersonates real people without their explicit consent, including face swaps, voice cloning, or other manipulations intended to deceive. Note: The Service is designed for users to upload their own photos or photos of persons who have given explicit consent for AI-generated video creation.
- Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization.
2. Prohibited conduct
In addition to the content categories above, you must not:
- Attempt to bypass safety filters, content moderation systems, or access controls.
- Use the Service for fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, defamation, or deceptive impersonation.
- Upload content that you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
- Use another person’s image, voice, identity, or likeness without their explicit authorization for AI processing.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or proprietary technology.
3. Content moderation
The Service implements the following automated safety checks:
Photo NSFW detection: All uploaded photos are screened using Replicate’s NSFW image detection model before generation begins.
Prompt text moderation: Text prompts are screened using Waffo Prompt Scan to detect prohibited content.
These automated checks reduce but do not eliminate the risk of prohibited content. Not all violations may be detected automatically.
The Service does not guarantee manual review of every submission. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their uploads comply with this AUP.
4. Enforcement measures
If you violate this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:
Request refusal: We may refuse to process requests that appear to violate this AUP.
Content deletion: We may delete uploaded photos or generated videos that violate this AUP.
Account suspension: We may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this AUP.
Law enforcement reporting: Violations involving CSAM, terrorism, or other serious criminal content will be reported to relevant authorities immediately.
Credit forfeiture: In cases of severe or repeated violations, unused credits may be forfeited.
5. Real person uploads and consent
The Service allows users to upload photos of real people for AI-generated video creation. By uploading a photo of another person, you represent and warrant that:
You have obtained that person’s explicit, informed consent for AI processing and generation of videos using their likeness.
The person depicted is at least 18 years old.
The generated video will not be used for deceptive, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
If you cannot meet these requirements, do not upload photos of other people. Use only photos of yourself or photos where you have documented consent.
6. Reporting violations
If you encounter content or users that violate this AUP, please report to support@jemukrap.com with:
Description of the violation
Relevant order IDs, usernames, or other identifying information
Any supporting evidence (screenshots, URLs, etc.)
We will investigate reports and take appropriate action in accordance with this AUP and applicable law.
7. Updates to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or industry standards. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email to registered users.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
