Purchase FAQ
How long is the generated video?▾
JME Freestyle AI generates a 10-second AI video at 720P in a 9:16 vertical format. Demo videos on the home page are separate sample assets and may not be exactly 10 seconds.
Can I buy one generation without creating an account?▾
Yes, when Generate Once is configured and enabled. The paid order creates one separate generation entitlement and does not add credits to an account.
Do I need to provide an email?▾
No. The site waits for the verified payment webhook, then the secure browser session starts generation without an account or delivery email.
How is a one-time video delivered?▾
After generation succeeds, preview and download it from the order page or Guest orders in the same browser. Save a copy: clearing browser data may remove access to guest records.
